Henry Stark '24 Wins XC Class 1A State Championship
Congratulations to Henry Stark '24 on winning the 2023 FHSAA Cross Country Class 1A State Championship with a time of 15:30.8. Stark paced the group from the start and while he led by just .2 for a large portion of the race, Stark pulled away in the final 1,000m to win the first Cross Country State Championship in Palmer Trinity history by a comfortable margin.
Earlier this month, Stark won the District Championship (16:29) and Regional Championship (15:41). He set his personal record earlier this season with a 15:05.95 win at the Spanish River Invitational.
