Palmer Trinity Parents Association 2018-2019

The Palmer Trinity Parents Association (PTPA) is a volunteer organization of all Palmer Trinity School (PTS) parents and guardians. The PTPA provides an organized structure and forum for all its volunteers, encouraging positive involvement in school life through meaningful programs, events and services. Volunteer time, talent and treasure are appreciated and acknowledged equally.

The PTPA is committed to the School mission and supports all its students, parents/guardians, administrators, faculty and staff, and the community in which we live, in order to foster a nurturing environment and sustain an inclusive, diverse and compassionate school.
On behalf of Palmer Trinity School Parents Association, we would like to welcome everyone back from what we hope was a wonderful summer break! The PTS campus is already buzzing with activity, as we ready for the start of an exciting new school year and the opening of a beautiful new classroom building for our children.

There are so many ways to get involved as a parent of Palmer Trinity School student, and we promise there is something for everyone. The best opportunity to explore the many ways you can support our school community is to attend the annual PTPA Meet & Greet taking place on Wednesday, August 22 at 8:00 AM in the Main Dining Room. Each parent-led committee will have a representative to answer questions about what they do and how you can help. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new ones as well.

In accordance with the PTPA By-laws, a Nominating Committee was duly formed and hereby proposes the following candidates to be officers of the PTPA Executive Board for the upcoming 2019-2020 Palmer Trinity School year :

Treasurer: Michelle Beauchamp
Secretary: Laura Marandino
Vice President of Communications: Kelli Powell
Vice President of Committees: Kim Vinas

Any member of the Palmer Trinity School community who is not on the above slate and who wishes to be considered for an officer position may submit his or her name and the position for which they would like to be considered by March 21, 2019 to Denise Gallardo at, who will forward said information to the Nominating Committee for consideration. Please note that to be eligible to serve as an officer of the PTPA, the candidate must have served at least one term as a chair or co-chair of a standing PTPA committee.
