Finalists at the 2023 Jacobs Teen Innovation Challenge
Ms. Chu's Engineering Class participated in the 2023 Jacobs Teen Innovation Challenge - a worldwide event that supports students in developing social good solutions aligned to the UN Global Goals using Design Thinking. Students completed the Understand, Ideate, and Prototype phases of Design Thinking, and created a final pitch for their product. By coming up with incredible solutions, they were able to develop an innovator's mindset to help build a better world. This year there were submissions from about 2900 students from 18 countries. We are very excited and proud to announce that one of our teams was a FINALIST! Congratulations to Cecilia Jimenez ‘23, Sofia Bennett ‘24, Nicola Campiani ‘25, and Sebastian Debasa ‘23! Take a look at their winning solution “B-Blaster: The Biohazard Blaster” through this link.
