The food displays in the Palmer Trinity Cafeteria are part of a larger program developed by SAGE Dining Services® because eating every meal in the same dining hall every day can get monotonous. Our team understands the importance of keeping the program fresh and interesting. To do this, we try to surprise students with special menu items, buffet meals, and decor changes. Theses are called Seasonings®.

Seasonings® are designed to make mealtime special, so in addition to providing breakfast and lunch, we create additional food displays intended to excite and engage our community members and bring novelty to the program. These are things like Ice Cream Socials, Pancake Stations, and Smoothie Bars.

Today's Seasonings® was in Celebration of Dr. Seuss's Birthday this week, it featured- Sam I Am's Green Eggs and Ham, Horton's Cereal Fluff French Toast, Whoville Truffula Trees, and Cat in the Hat Cupcakes.
