  • A Positive Start for a Young Team

The Falcons traveled to Coral Springs Charter High School for the 2017 Kick Off Classic.  Coach Mark Reese saw some positive signs from a young football team.  PTS fell short in their pre-season game 14 to 34.  Junior quarterback, Nicholas Casares and Freshman quarterback Jose Corbo both lead the team on scoring drives in the 2nd and 4th periods.  Junior linebacker, Kyon White-Royal and Senior Owen Almeida help lead a youthful defense.  The team will travel to Ransom Everglades on September 1st at 7:30 pm for the "Battle of the Oar".

  • Varsity Spring Football Victorious

Congratulations to the Varsity Football Team on winning a shootout verses St. John Paul II on Thursday night.

Head Coach Mark Reese traveled to Boca Raton to test his young football team and the Falcons scored 33 points in route to an amazing victory!
The Falcons were down 13 points going into the second quarter, before Jalen Sloan scored one of his two touchdowns of the night.  Joseba Badiola scored a 3 yard touchdown with 5:47 remaining in the second quarter to tie the game, (also, one of his two touchdowns of the game.)
The Falcons then took the lead after an interception by Sam Andrew and a 1 yard touchdown run by Joseba Badiola to give PTS a 19 to 13 score, with 1:49 remaining in the first half.
In the second half, Jalen Sloan and John Malloy would score to give the team a 33 to 32 lead.  The Falcons defense would then help end the game keeping St. John Paul out of the end-zone on two key drives.  Diego Messmacher and Arturo Alvarez would make big solo sacks to help end and secure the game with a win.
    Go Falcons!!
