Meet the Faculty - Mrs. Adrianna Truby, Academic Dean and English Teacher
On this, International Women's Day, we would like to say "Thank You" to all the women who have led and served our students and faculty, including department chairs and deans, such as Mrs. Truby.
At PTS since: 1992 (minus a three-year gap while teaching in Japan)
What is your favorite thing about your role at PTS?
I am constantly learning, motivated by interesting people, and supported in my work.
Who do you admire?
I admire people who take risks and people who can laugh at themselves with confidence.
If they made a movie about your life, what would the title be?
Maybe "Grace." I believe in the quote, "There but for the grace of God go I," and I try to move through life with grace.
What's your favorite family tradition?
Rather than give gifts, my husband and I write each other a poem and read them on Christmas Eve.
