What is your favorite thing about your role at PTS?
I enjoy all aspects of my job, but I always look forward to teaching and interacting with the students in my class.
Do you collect anything? Rocks and fossils
What's your favorite holiday? Independence Day (The 4th of July)
What is something most people are surprised to learn about you?
During my senior year of High School, my home was significantly damaged and all of my family’s material belongings were destroyed in Hurricane Andrew. I slept on an army cot, cooked food on a fire, and had no phone for about 9 months! Although I did not have power and water at my home, schools were back up a few weeks after the storm, and I returned to school.
