Palmer Trinity Announces Return of William Gonzalez as Volleyball Head Coach

The Palmer Trinity Athletic Department is excited to announce the return of William Gonzalez as the Head Coach of the Palmer Trinity Volleyball program.
 

Gonzalez previously served as head coach for 17 seasons from 2003-2019. In that time, the Falcons finished as the FHSAA State Runner-Up twice in 2008 and 2015, Regional Champions four times (2005, 2008, 2015, 2016), and District Champions 12 times, including six in a row from 2007-2012. Gonzalez coached multiple All-Dade Players of the Year, countless First Team All-Dade selections, and sent multiple student-athletes to continue their careers at NCAA Division I, II, and III institutions.

Gonzalez also works full-time at Palmer Trinity as a member of the Physical Education Department. When asked about returning to helm of the Volleyball program, Gonzalez states, “I’m just so excited to work with our student-athletes and our community again in this role. I can’t wait to see this program flourish.”
