Palmer Trinity loses Tune-Up Game to Canterbury Fort Myers 17-13

The Palmer Trinity Varsity Football team lost a hard-fought battle to the Canterbury Fort Myers Cougars 17-13. The defense led the way for the Falcons, with 6 sacks being recorded--Junior Marco Bertamatti had 4, and Seniors Zach Peckins and Daniel Erixon each had 1. Blake Miller ran for 105 yards and 1 TD, and the passing connection of Junior Dylan DiBello to Senior Guillermo Bonet connected for a 21 yard Touchdown in the first quarter. Freshmen Sean Moore had an excellent second-half--catching 4 passes for 56 yards.
