PTPA Parent Education Committee Presents an Evening with Author Angela Marulanda

Ms. Marulanda has been published in books, magazines and websites for over 20 years, and has presented programs on effective parenting and family education at colleges, schools and private organizations in several US states and in Latin America. She has participated in various radio and TV programs and panels and family issues, including CNN, Univision, Discovery Channel and PBS and was awarded the 2008 Premio de Periodismo por la Paz (Journalism Peace Prize).

Her message is one that supports parents in setting limits and helping their children build character in a society that doesn't seem to readily reinforce that challenge. Please join us for an informative presentation with time for questions and discussion to follow.
