Boys Basketball Tournament Highlights Winter Break Action

A number of athletic contests will take place over the holiday break. The following is a preview of events.

Holiday Basketball Classic

From December 27^th through the 29^th the varsity boys’ basketball team will host its annual Holiday Basketball Classic.

Participating in the tournament this year will be the home standing Falcons along with North Miami Beach High School, Hollywood Hills School, Northwest Christian Academy and Pembroke Pines Charter School.

The Falcons will play one contest a day for three days against Hollywood Hills, Pembroke Pines Charter and North Miami Beach, with all games beginning at 2:30 p.m.

University School New Year’s Basketball Tournament

From January 3^rd to the 5^th the same Falcon basketball team will compete in the University School New Year’s Tournament in Fort Lauderdale. The team will open up the first day against Coral Springs Charter School at 11:30 a.m.

Girls' Basketball Hosts First Game in 2008

The junior varsity and varsity girls’ basketball teams will both resume action at home with a double header against Mater Academy at 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively on Saturday, January 5^th.
