Junior Thespians at District Competitions
On Saturday November 6, twenty-three junior thespians competed against 700 local thespians with 18 different events at District. They worked hard the past two months on their pieces, which were performed during this 13-hour day. It was truly a great showing for PTS Theatre!
We are thrilled to announce that twelve of the 18 events qualified for state. Special congratulations go to Florencia Nieto '26 for receiving an honorable mention and three events winning their category--only fifteen students are chosen out of 700; to Katerina Morin '26 for winning for her solo; Iziar Earle '26 and Emma Space '26 for winning with their duet; and sixth graders Serafina Moskowitz '28 and Dorothy Machiels '28 for winning with their original pantomime.
