Palmer Trinity School to Break Ground on New Aquatic Center
A Major Investment in Student Wellness, Athletic Excellence and Community Engagement
WHAT: Palmer Trinity School (PTS) will host a Groundbreaking Ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on its new Aquatic Center, a transformative facility designed to elevate student wellness, athletic performance and community connection.
The event will take place during the School’s Flex time, allowing all students, faculty and staff to participate. A brief reception will follow the ceremony.
The School has invited the Village of Palmetto Bay Mayor and council members to join this milestone moment.

ABOUT THE AQUATIC CENTER: Set for completion in Spring 2027, the new Aquatic Center represents a bold investment in the future of Palmer Trinity School. Highlights include:
- 50-meter x 25-yard competition pool with movable bulkhead
- Cutting-edge timing and scoring system
- Grandstand seating for 300+ spectators
- 3,100-square-foot support building with locker rooms, restrooms, storage, and offices
- Facilities supporting swim instruction, water polo, PE classes, aquatic therapy, summer programming, and community activities
- Designed to host elite-level training and university-caliber meets
The Aquatic Center will serve as a cornerstone of Palmer Trinity’s commitment to holistic wellness—supporting physical, mental and emotional health while strengthening community ties in a region where swimming is both a cultural staple and a critical life skill.
