Visiting Speaker Fernando Bretos

Students, faculty, and staff gathered in the PTS Gym to listen to special Earth Week speaker Fernando Bretos. Mr. Bretos is a marine biologist, environmental educator, and a research associate at The Ocean Foundation. He is also the Director of The Reclamation Project at the Miami Science Museum. During his lecture, Mr. Bretos discussed the fascinating marine research going on in Cuba and the importance of studying and preserving this unique ecological system.

The PTS Senior Thespians proudly present Jonathon Rand’s Check, Please and Check, Please: Take Two. This hilarious comedy follows a series of blind dates that couldn't get any worse - until they do! Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Show times are this week only: Friday 7 p.m., Saturday 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults, Free Sports Grill restaurant coupons to attendees. Each month, Palmer Trinity School faculty, staff, and students volunteer at Chapman Partnership for the Homeless as a part of the School's commitment to community service. Palmer Trinity Junior and Youth Hall of Fame Award-winner Waleed Mneimneh with Palmer Trinity School Community Service Coordinator Elena De Villiers at the Youth Hall of Fame Award Ceremony.
Congratulations to PTS Junior Waleed Mneimneh, who won the Walter B. Arnold, Jr. Youth Hall of Fame Community Service Award. This award recognizes noteworthy youth achievement for private and public middle and high school students from Miami Dade County in service to their school and community.
