Falcons Victorious Over Marathon In Spring Football Classic
Congratulations to Head Coach Rudy Fernandez and the Falcons Varsity Football team on defeating Marathon High School 20 to 0 in the 2015 Spring Football Classic.
In one of the last Spring Games scheduled in Miami-Dade this year, Palmer Trinity displayed its new-look defense. Led by the hard-hitting of LB Zack Peckins and interceptions by DB's Guillermo Bonet and J.D. Erixon, the Falcons held Marathon scoreless through four quarters.
The Falcon offense also shined, with RB Blake Miller running for 126 yards and 2 TD's and QB Dylan DiBello adding a 17-yard scramble for a TD to ice the game in the 4th. This is a great start to the 2015 Football season.
