Falcons Varsity Baseball Take 1st Place in the Conference

The Varsity Boys Baseball team defeated Archbishop Curley by a score of 14 to 1 to improve their season record to 8 and 0, and conference record to 2 and 0. The Falcons are in first place in the conference as the team prepares to play its first district game verses Marathon on Friday, February 27th, on the road. Matt Roberts was the winning pitcher. Junior Blake Miller hit a homerun and had 2 RBIs. The team jumped out to a 14 to 0 lead and the game ended by mercy rule after Archbishop Curley could only score 1 run in the 5th inning.
