Lacrosse Coach Austin Anderson played lacrosse all 4 years of High School and 3 years at the NCAA Division 3 level while in college. Coach Anderson is the Middle School Head Coach at Palmer Trinity and will be leading the clinic. This last season, he received the ‘Middle School Coach of the Year’ award for his outstanding work with the Middle School Boys’ Lacrosse program.

Unlike seasonal training and work that is gone over in practice, Palmer Trinity’s summer lacrosse clinic will offer lessons, instruction, and drills different from what the players are used to. Without the added stress of school, the players are free to solely focus on bettering themselves which as a result propels their lacrosse skill to the next level. There are no opponents and no games on the line. This leads to a relaxed atmosphere, allowing the player to receive the instruction they need to further their game.

The clinic focuses on helping the players improve their shooting, passing, dodging and conditioning. Collectively, this will make them much better lacrosse players for next season and the future. All skill levels are welcome, and Coach Anderson will have assistant coaches present to break the players up into different skills levels and to provide 1-on-1 instruction for a more exclusive and hands-on experience.

It should be emphasized that this clinic is completely optional for your child to attend, however once they are signed up, the goal is for them to not see it as a summer camp or as optional, but as an opportunity to grow the game, strengthen themselves, and ultimately make them the best lacrosse player they can be. The skills taught at this clinic will help these young athletes hone and improve their game in a low-risk setting which will only benefit them when the time comes to suit up next season.

We look forward to seeing EVERYONE out there. The clinic is open to anyone looking to take their lacrosse IQ and skills to the next level.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email Coach Anderson austinterence@icloud.com
