  • Headmaster's Art Award

    On the morning of Wednesday, May 30th, Head of School Patrick Roberts hosted a tea in honor of Luisana Barajas, 11th grade, Luca Medina, 9th grade, and Johanna Hinke, 8th grade, who are this year's recipients of the Headmaster's Art Award. Mr. Roberts selected their artwork from among hundreds of pieces at the annual PTS Spring Art Walk, and their winning works will be prominently displayed during the coming school year in the upstairs Library. Congratulations to all of the artists and their teachers.

    On Tuesday, May 22nd at 6:30 p.m. in the PTS Gymnasium, the PTS Dance Club welcomes family and friends to their Spring Dance Recital, Dancing Around the World. The Recital is free and appetizers and refreshments will be served.

    On Tuesday, May 15th, the 9th-grade class skyped with Dr. David Christian, founder, and director of the Big History Project, which examines humanity's place in the universe from the Big Bang to the present, and sets the history curriculum for freshman year.

    On the night of Saturday, May 12th, the 8th Grade came together in the beautifully decorated Main Dining Room for the 8th Grade Dance. The theme of the dance was 8th Grade Takes On Hollywood. A great time was enjoyed by everyone that attended.

  • Palmer Trinibots Ranked 2nd In Florida

    The weekend of April 29th through May 1st, the Palmer Trinibots, Palmer Trinity's rookie VEX IQ robotics team, took part in the VEX IQ Worlds Championship event. Over 400 middle school teams from 46 countries joined together in Louisville, Kentucky to compete in the Ringmaster Challenge, this year's robotics game.

  • Women Studies Class Learns About Anthropology From Dr. Beske

    Dr. Melissa A. Beske presented her anthropological work: "Engaging Anthropology: Combating Gender-Based Violence in Belize" to students in Women Studies. Dr. Beske's research work and dissertation resulted in the publication of the book "Intimate Partner Violence and Advocate Response: Redefining Love in Western Belize."

    ​This morning over 50 PTS parents joined our community to hear from the doctors at South Florida Integrative Medicine about the dangerous teen trend of E-Cigarettes. The doctors stated that E-Cigarettes are linked to brain dysfunction, lung disease and problems with reproduction.  Juuling, a dangerous form of vaping, was also discussed.
