Middle School Music Students Attend Movie Music Workshop

Approximately 30 Middle School music students traveled to Orlando for a movie music workshop at Universal called Sound Design and the Art of Foley. In addition to the preparation and rehearsals before departure, students spent three hours recording soundtrack music, voice overs, and sound effects for a two-minute clip of The Secret Life of Pets. This workshop provides the students a first-hand experience into the work it takes to create the music and sound behind the scenes.⁠
