Varsity Boys XC Wins District, Varsity Girls XC Finishes Runner-Up
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Cross Country team for winning the 2021 FHSAA Class 1A District 8 Championship. Henry Stark '24 won the race and the Individual District Title with a time of 17:51. Stark's victory marks the first Falcon to win a Cross Country Individual District Title since 2009. George Stark '22 (6th place, 18:52), Eduardo del Rosal '23 (8th place, 19:02), and Alejandro Storper '22 (9th place, 19:03) rounded out the top ten for Palmer Trinity.
The Varsity Girls Cross Country team placed second overall to finish as the District Runner-Up. Eloise Miles '26 led the Falcons with a time of 23:13 to finish in 5th place. Also medaling in the top ten were Daniella Perez-Cartaya '24 (7th place, 23:29) and Julianne Hartigan '25 (8th place, 23:53).
Both teams have advanced to the FHSAA Class 1A Regional Meet at South County Regional Park on Friday, November 5th.
