Over Thanksgiving break, Palmer Trinity students took part in a mini conference for Round Square. The call brought together 50 students and their teachers from 14 schools in the UK, Peru, South Africa, Jordan, the USA, India, Germany, Canada and France.
Palmer Trinity had 4 students on the call: Mike Arias, Sealey Bacardi, Maria Munilla, Gaby Cruz with Mr. Danny Reynolds, PTS Round Square Representative. On the call the hosts shared insights into the workings of a circular economy both within school and on the Isle of Wight. After sharing some initiatives from their school and island community, the hosts invited participants to contribute to an online word cloud and mind map and to contribute ideas and examples from their own part of the world.
