Opening Day Win for Varsity Softball

Congratulations to the Varsity Softball team for defeating Pine Crest 8-5 for their first win of the season! The Falcons scored two runs in the first inning and never gave up the lead. Attie Crews '21 led the Falcons, going 3-4 with three RBI's and two runs scored. Caroline Zamek '22 went 2-4 and added an RBI and two runs. Emme Fundora earned the win, giving up only five hits and an earned run in seven innings pitched. The Falcons, 1-0, will host Somerset Silver Palms on Thursday, February 27th at 3:30pm.
