Salvato Wins State Individual Tournament

Congratulations to Francesca Salvato '22 for winning the FHSAA Class 1A State Individual Tournament.  After a Bye in the round of 16, Salvato won a quarterfinal match 6-2, 6-0, and followed that up with a 6-3, 7-6(5) victory in the Semifinals, followed by an Individual State win with a score of 6-2, 7-5. The overall Singles State Championship will take place tomorrow, Friday, May 3rd.
