Palmer Trinity School is hosting the 25th Annual Book Fair, a beloved tradition that brings parents and our community together to enjoy dinner, cocktails, book sales from Books & Books, and to hear from a nationally acclaimed author. What makes this event unique is that each table is hosted and decorated by our very own Palmer Trinity parents in a theme representing a literary work of choice. Proceeds of the Book Fair support Palmer Trinity's Matheson Library.

This year, in celebration of its 25th Anniversary, we have made the Book Fair an evening event, and there are 40 tables available for parents to host and decorate. Table hosts are given priority to reserve the seats at their tables but are not obligated to fill the seats. Please let us know if you would like to host and decorate a table. We will secure your table on a "first come, first serve" basis.

Whether you are hosting a table or coming as a guest, we can't wait to see you there!
Money raised at the Book Fair supports Palmer Trinity Matheson Library with funding for books, library automation software, furniture, shelving, and special projects. In the past three years, proceeds from the event greatly enhanced online research databases, which provide an invaluable resource for student research.

Every year, the Book Fair features author presentations, creative theme-based table decorations and the opportunity to support the School’s Matheson Library through book sales. Beyond just the proceeds, the Book Fair strengthens the intellectual mission of Palmer Trinity School and the Library through the love of books, of reading, and the attainment of academic excellence.
