Middle School Students Learn the Metric System
One of the first things students learn at PTS is that it has a beautiful biodiversity. By learning about it, students practice using the metric system and the scientific method.
Palmer Trinity has well over 1000 trees and 76 different species, including four that are native: live oak, buttonwood, cabbage palm, and gumbo limbo. These trees provide habitat to a variety of native fauna and, in our case, a great opportunity for learning while enjoying nature.
