Varsity Boys Track & Field Finishes 5th; Pottinger Wins High Jump State Title
Congratulations to the Varsity Track & Field teams for finishing up an incredible season by competing in the FHSAA Class 1A State Championship Meet at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. The Varsity Boys Track & Field team finished 5th overall out of 52 teams with a total of 35 points. The Varsity Girls Track & Field Team finished 19th overall out of 47 teams with 13 points.
Additionally, Brandon Pottinger '22 finished as the FHSAA Class 1A State Champion with a High Jump score of 1.97m. Pottinger becomes the first Falcon to win an Individual State Title in Track & Field since 1992. In total, Palmer Trinity won 21 medals across 11 athletes and 18 events. See all medalists below:
