Bookstore Return Policy GENERAL POLICY
The Bookstore reserves the right to refuse any refund.
Refunds will be credited to school account only.
Textbooks
Textbooks may be returned for a full refund during the first 7 business days after classes start or within two business days after purchase.
No refunds are given for books purchased during examination periods and during the last two weeks of classes.
New books must be in original condition for 100% refund. Books with writing, highlighting, earmarks, bumped corners, water damage, etc., will be refunded at USED retail price. Shrink wrapped books must remain wrapped for a refund
Textbooks for dropped or cancelled classes are returnable 7 days after classes start.
Clothing Items
Sale merchandise is non-refundable.
Clothing must be in original new condition for refund or exchange.
LOST AND FOUND POLICY
All lost items (except Laptops) will be located in the Bookstore. Palmer Trinity School will not be responsible for unclaimed items left after “clear out” notice has expired. Notice will be on Morning Announcements, posted to Edline and e-mailed.
All lost laptops will be located in the appropriate Dean’s Office.
Middle School students may pick them up in Room 113 and Upper School students may pick them up in Room 227.
