The Application To apply to Palmer Trinity School, click on the APPLY button to the right and follow the steps carefully. The candidate statement needs to be completed by the student and the parent statement needs to be completed by the parent.
There are three recommendations (School Evaluation, English teacher recommendation, Math teacher recommendation) that must be submitted electronically by the student’s current school. These electronic recommendations will be available to you once you submit your online application to Palmer Trinity School. Make sure you have the recommender’s first & last name as well as their email available.
Your current school is responsible for sending transcripts and standardized test scores, as well as a copy of the student’s birth certificate directly to our Admission Office prior to the deadline. Once an application is submitted, the admission office will contact you to set up the student’s personal interview/day on campus. Due to limited space, make sure your child’s on line application is submitted prior to the February 1st deadline.
There are no paper applications to Palmer Trinity. All prospective applicants must apply online. You will be able to track your application process by clicking on the TRACK button. Early Decision Early Decision at Palmer Trinity School is designed for prospective students and parents who know that Palmer Trinity is their first choice for school. Students will complete the application process prior to November 15 and will be notified of the Admission Committee’s decision on or before December 15. Students applying under Early Decision will need to register for the ISEE Admission Exam on November 19. Register at www.erblearn.org. The deadline to register for this test is October 29. Students accepted under Early Decision will be required to sign an enrollment contract and submit a $2500.00 non-refundable deposit prior to January 6th. Since early decision is binding, if you are applying for financial aid you will need to apply under regular admission. Regular Admission Regular Admission at Palmer Trinity School is designed for prospective students and parents who are applying to multiple schools. Students will complete the application process prior to February 1 and will be notified of the Admission Committee’s decision during the first week of March. Students applying under Regular Admission can register for the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). To register for the ISEE go to www.erblearn.org. Our school code for the ISEE is 101055. To register for the SSAT go to www.ssat.org. You will need to identify Palmer Trinity School as a score recipient. Our school code for the SSAT is 5652. Students applying to grades 10, 11 or 12 may submit results of the PSAT, SAT or ACT in lieu of the ISEE or SSAT. Testing for Foreign Students If you are living outside of Miami and studying in an English curriculum, please visit the ISEE or SSAT websites to schedule your admission test at a test site near you. If you are in a non-English speaking curriculum, you do not need to sit for the ISEE or the SSAT. The Secondary Level English Proficiency Test (SLEPT) will be given to all applicants in a non-English curriculum. Please contact our office directly to schedule the SLEPT.
